If you couldn’t already tell, I’ve been in the mood to work on Halloween projects. A few different projects. (Halloween is only 65 days away, you know!) Inspired by this tutorial I decided I need my own witch table with feet. Or a cauldron with feet. Maybe both? But a table could hold the cauldron? I dunno…so many ideas, so many options! But only so much storage space. Therefore, I like the idea of making a table that is multi-functional so I can use it to hold the cauldron, or, maybe something else.
Normally I slop things together but that’s not to say I don’t envision my projects and plan them out, at least in my own head. This time, I decided to pretend I am a “real” artist/crafter and I sketched my vision! And by sketch I mean I drew it on the computer, printed it out, borrowed my daughter’s colored pencils and colored. Don’t let me fool you…I am no artist and can’t freehand a stick figure!
But this was actually fun. I might do it with other project ideas. I’m not entirely sure of the color scheme of my witch table, so that prompted this little exercise. I can color and design several different ideas to help me decide which I like best before I break out the power tools and glue gun.
I thought you might like to design your own witch table so I made a handy-dandy printout for you to use. =)
