It’s no secret I like to slop things together. When I sew I hate using patterns, when I craft I like to just go to it, and when I cook I don’t always use measuring cups. Except when I bake from scratch (which isn’t very often); I’m pretty sure accurate measurements are important when baking. Then again, there are some pretty awesome “slop” baking recipes too.
Anyway, I thought I’d share my Tuna Slop recipe. I haven’t made ‘real’ tuna casserole since, well, I don’t know when because this version is so quick and easy to make it that I haven’t found a need to make the real version anymore. =)
INGREDIENTS:
Boil both packages of Ramen Noodles, drain and put in a bowl.
To the bowl, add the following:
1 packet of the seasoning (save the other for something else)
Full packet or can of Tuna.
A good squirt or big dollop of Mayo (you like my measurements, don’t you?)
1-2 Handfuls Shredded Cheese
Small slab of Cream Cheese
Mix well. It will be all gooey and creamy like so:
Dish it up and enjoy!
Yum!
