Breakfast Ice Cream

May 24, 2012 by Laura Leave a Comment

Little Miss asked for ice cream for breakfast today. Of course I told her no, ice cream is not for breakfast.

But she was VERY persistent. So I decided to be sneaky and make her some ice cream that would be acceptable for breakfast and everyone was happy. đŸ˜‰

I didn’t measure (sorry!) but I took plain Greek yogurt and mixed it with frozen mixed fruit in our awesome Ninja blender. Simple, right? Not to mention a delicious, healthy alternative to ice cream that you can eat for breakfast or anytime!
